Co-Op Grocery Store
412 North 4th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85705
The Food Conspiracy Co-Op is really a one-of-a-kind grocery store. You will only find the highest quality, organic, non-GMO ingredients here and many of the products and produce are locally sourced. Support local!
You can find fresh produce, specialty plant-based foods, meats, fresh spices, essential oils, alcohol and a rotating buffet bar. You can take classes here as well such as cooking classes, yoga and gardening sustainability.
Located in the heart of 4th Avenue on the East side of the street, this store is owned by none other than the thousands of Tucson residents who are members of the cooperative, plus more outside of Tucson. Members pay a fee, that can also be broken up into a payment plan, and receive special discounts and a percentage back on everything they spend annually in the form of dividend check.
You do not need to be a member to shop at the coop however, but that incentives are worth the investment — knowing that you are supporting local, supporting your community, and taking the best care of your health makes spending a little more money well worth the investment.
If you haven’t yet experimented with weening you and your family off of GMO products and cheap processed foods that you can find at chain grocery stores, I highly recommend making space in your life to care for your health nutritionally. This one thing completely transformed my and my family’s lives.
What you’ll discover is you’ll save money in the long run on doctor’s visits and the foods you’ll eat and your culinary creations will have your taste bud’s jumping for joy, bursting at the seems with energy and new flavors.
I know these are big promises and it’s easy to think, yeah right, I don’t see how eating more fruit, veggitables and clean unprocessed and refined foods could make me happier and more satisfied and that’s such a wonderful place to be in.
Simply because there is a whole new world and adventure, health and energy waiting for you to discover.
