Calling all collectors, designers and treasure hunters. You must check this place out! Nowhere To Land has a big selection of unique items that you can’t find anywhere else. The owners are collectors themselves, frequenting estate sales, garage sales, storage unit auctions and other Tucson secret treasure spots to fill the store with vintage special things.
They carry thrift and newer items for gifting, collecting or decorating your home. If you are looking for something special, maybe a handle for your beer tap or a set of pumping decanters from the 70’s they’ve got your covered. How about a gold guilt wooden calling card tray from Florence? Maybe a hand carved and painted hanging dragon made in Indonesia? Then you want steer clear of the mall and come browse the shop.
The owners are always searching for interesting items. If you have interesting items, you can give them a call to discuss selling or consignment. Nowhere To Land offers an ever changing landscape of items to delight anyone who enjoys fun and interesting items from the 50’s,60’s and 70’s. A couple of my favorite items were the tin type windup toys and a carved telephone pole with great weathering.
Nowhere to Land also offers a free library, which translates to free books. That’s right Free Books! They have a book nook inside the shop where you can find books and take them home, free! You don’t even have to return them. You can also donate unwanted books to the free library. What a cool concept!
The next time you are heading south on fourth ave, turn left on 7th and check out Nowhere To Land. It’s just off 4th and is a treasure hunter’s delight.
